Duties

• You will ensure operational execution and quality assurance of a large and complex software suite.
• You will monitor and correct production issues providing customer support in resolving technical issues.
• You will be responsible for monitoring the processing, storage, handling, and distribution of all assigned Meteorology and Oceanography (METOC) products and services.
• You will analyze errors in the production of METOC products and services and make corrective recommendations to management.
• You will instruct employees in specific tasks and job techniques and make instructions, reference materials and supplies.
• You will support telecommunications network and related sophisticated client server systems plans.
• You will perform operational execution, configuration and maintenance of application software code and systems.
